Decoding Dyslexia – Park Cities (DDPC) is open to all parents who reside in Highland Park ISD with students who have been identified as dyslexic or are suspected to have dyslexia. DDPC is led by neighborhood parents and educational parent meetings are held almost monthly during the school year. Guest speakers provide information on a variety of topics and the meetings give parents an opportunity to learn from and support each other. Decoding Dyslexia – Texas is a grassroots movement driven by Texas families concerned with the limited access to educational interventions for dyslexia and other language-based learning disabilities within our schools.
